Garlic Bread

1 tablespoon yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water
5 cups flour
1/4 cup olive oil
One head of garlic, chopped
1/4 cup grated Romano Parmesan cheese

Knead all of the ingredients together. Set the dough in a deep bowl and cover with a slightly damp dish towel. Set in a warm and draft free location and let double in size.

Remove from the bowl and knead vigorously for one or two minutes. Form and slice the dough. Cover and let double again.

Bake in pre-heated oven at 400* for 45 to 60 minutes.

Cool on a rack before slicing.
